I am a 12 class student from commerce stream and I want to do company secretary after completing my 12 of session 2011-2012.
Please tell me the admission procedure, fee structure and syllabus.

I want to do CS . I m pursuing MBA regular. Can i do CS while doing MBA. Is CS a regular course or i can do this by siting in home . Plz do rply

you can apply for company secretary course.

Company Secretary can actively participate AND can guide the company in almost all the matter of the company
whether it is financial,legal or management matter of the company.
CS can also guide on the corporate governance,ethics etc

CS - COMPANY SECRETARY course managed and conducted by ICSI(Institute of Company Secretary of India) which is a correspondence course and can be taken any time of a year.

The Company Secretary Course is divided in to three parts:-

FOUNDATION PROGRAM - The candidate having completed 12th in any stream is eligible for this program. Course Fee Rs.3600.00, Exam Fee Rs.875.00.

EXECUTIVE PROGRAM - The candidate having either completed Foundation Program or complete Graduation Degree in any stream is eligible directly to this program. Course Fees Rs.6500.00 for Foundation program passed and Rs.7000.00 for Commerce Graduate and Rs.7500.00 for other Graduates, Exam Fee Rs.900.00.

PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM - The candidate having completed Executive Program is eligible for this program. Course Fee Rs.7500.00 and Exam Fee Rs.750.00.

Apart from this the candidate has to undergo a 15 months practical training before certified as a Company Secretary by ICSI.
