Eligibilty Criteria for UPSC Civil Serrvice exam is that you need to be an indian graduate in any stream with age between 21 to 30 years.

Being a commerce graduate, you may write the following examinations conducted by union public service commission; Civil Service Examination- Minimum eligible age- 21 years Maximum age limit-30 years (33 years for OBC and 35 years for SC/ST) Central Police Force Exam- Minimum eligible age-20 years Maximum age limit- 25 years Combined defense service exam for Indian Army Minimum eligible age-19 years Maximum age limit-24 years for IMA, 25 years for OTA. To appear in the UPSC exam, candidate should complete their graduation.
Age should be in between 21 to 30. If you fullfill this criteria then definatly you can give the exam of UPSC. Best of Luck for Exam. |

as you have mentioned that you are doing b.com in computer, so yes you can appear in UPSC exams.. but UPSC conduct different types of exams..like civil service examinations.. after completion of your graduation yes you can appear in UPSC exmas.. the only criteria is you must not have any backlogs in your graduation,and your age should be in between 21-30 yrs.. |

YES , after B.Com computers you can give UPSC exam...
Most of the UPSC EXAM will have Minimum education criteria as Graduate.. also Candidates appearing for Degree qualification are also eligible for appearing in the examination, however, they are supposed to submit proof of passing the requisite qualification along with with Detailed Application Form . Age limit for civil service exam is candidate must have attained 21 years and not be over 30 years. There may be a vary of age limit from exam to exam but the above one you can take as standard. But please dont worry, After B.com You are eligible to apply for UPSC Civil services examination. ya definitely...... Any candidates who have purse a graduate degree examination are eligible to apply for Civil services examination but to appear in this examination your age should between 21 to 30 years. So, If you have passed your 12th examination, then your are not eligible to apply for This examination at this stage. So, i will suggest you please take admission in Bachelor degree course and then you are eligible to apply for Civil services examination to become a IPS officer. Selection criteria To become a police cadet, you must meet the following conditions: * be enrolled as a full-time student at the college level (general or technical) OR * be enrolled as a full-time student at university in one of the following fields: administration, social science, humanities, legal sciences, communications or another similar field * be a Canadian citizen * have no judicial record * have a functional knowledge of French * have a working knowledge of English * have significant work or volunteer experience in a field related to working with the public: customer service, beneficiary services, leadership, education, sales, hospitality services, parks and leisure services, etc. * be prepared to work on stand-by duty an average of 35 hours a week (days, evenings, weekdays and weekends), from the beginning of June until the end of August * meet medical requirements: o for police technology students the SPVM will check with your educational institution at the appropriate time if you pass the selection process o for students in other disciplines, you must, upon the request of the SPVM, take medical tests certifying that you are fit to take on the position |
