Am I eligible for IPS Exam after completing B.Com Computers? Courses to study for IPS Entrance Test?
Dear sir,
As i am graduate student from BCOM COMPUTERS Course, So i want to know whether i am eligible for this ips exam or not. If yes then can u please help me out what are the course i have to study for the entrance test. Thanking you, With regards, Manish Kumar |

after B.COM you apply for that. IAS is a top entrance exam for this you should clear all the concept of subject. criteria for IAS:- * candidate pass graduation * age 21 to 30 years relaxation as per govt. rule IAS exam is 2round 1)Preliminary round 2) Final round In preliminary 2 papers you apply 1)General knowledge 2)optional subject -you choose Final exam is after selected pre liminary exam........... |

The minimum qualification required to apply for the IPS examination is graduation. And the applying candidate must be between the 21-30 years of age. yes, you are eligible for IPS Exam after completing B.Com Computers. to be a IPS officer you have to qualify UPSC-IAS exam. Qualifications requirement to sit for IPS exam is given below 1.minimum qualification graduation in any subject, with 55% marks in graduation. 2.age limit 21-29 years. all the best......... |

Dear Aspirant,
You are eligible for Civil service Exam conducts by Union Public Service Commission. If you are graduate from B.Com computers with Recognized university,in that time you are eligible for IPS exam. Age limits 21-30 years not more than 30 years and not less than 21 years to the date of exam conducts year of 1ST August. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/DA candidates. Application fee 100/- For SC/ST/Physically disabled candidates application fee is free. Number of Attempts for following Category Every candidate will be entitled to four attempts to crack the Civil Services Examination.The restriction on the number of attempts will not apply in the case of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates who are otherwise eligible Candidates belonging to Other Backward classes will have seven attempts ,Physically handicapped will get as many attempts as are available to other non-physically handicapped candidates of his or her community ,Subject to the General Category shall be eligible for Seven attempts. Selection Procedure of IAS First you have to write a Preliminary exam. It have Two papers,those are general Studies and CSAT. For CSAT exam you have to prepare for quantitative Aptitude ,Reasoning,Verbal Ability,reading comprehension. General Studies, you have to prepare 10TH class below Social books.and Day do Day update events. Next Step is MAINS.If you have to write MAIN's you must qualified in Preliminary exam. In MAINS you have to select 2 optional Subjects. MAINS is an Descriptive paper.Preliminary Exam Is an Objective paper. After completion of MAINS.you have to attend Interview. anyone who is a graduate from a recognized college in India and is between the age limits of 21-30 years of age is allowed to appear for the exam..so yes you can appear for the exam if you havn't exceeded the age limit..study GK and current affairs are the main topics on which you should mainly focus

definitely, you are totally eligible for this civil service examination,because the minimum requirement for apply in this exam you must have to complete your graduation in any stream from a recognized college. this civil service examination is conducted by UPSC (union public service commission) every years. for appear in this exam you must have to complete your graduation from a recognized college, what ever may be the stream is.... the age limit exist for this exam is 21-30 years,. there are 5 & 3 years of age relaxations are applicable for SC\ST & OBC candidates respectively. physical requirements- minimum requirement of height for male candidates is 165cm & for this criteria is 152 cm. this civil services examination has three stages- 1.CSAT 2.MAINS 3.INTERVIEW.... in CSAT level there are 2 sections I) general studies II) optional subject there are 25 optional subjects are available to choose. No . of attempts- four for a general canmdidate, seven for a OBC candidate no such restrictions for the SC\ST candidates. |

Dear pal,
aspirants for joining the IPS are admitted through the exams conducted by the UPSC. For appearing for the exam you need to satisfy the academic and age criteria. The academic qualification with which you will be eligible for the exam is a bachelor degree from any stream in which you have your interest. There is no restriction upon your degree course, aspirants are eligible after a age of 21 and will be prevented from writing the exam if they cross 30 for the general category , 33 for the OBC category and 35 for st/sc aspirants. The selection includes the following stages namely written exam, personnel interview and physical test . The written exam is conducted in two stages preliminary exam and main exam. For the prelimary exam you need to write exam on general studies and english. The main exam includes 9 optional paper which you can choose according to your preference either it can be related to your degree or general. On clearing the written exam you will be called for the personnel interview. |
