Dear
Don't feel like a looser in life.No problem if you are not getting selected. The world is checking your Patience and you must prove them that you are something by improving and learning what you have gained from the past. If you want to be the Teacher then you have to work hard on your Communication skills. It is so because in Teaching job you can't survive without effective Communication. If you can't be effective in speech then how can you make the student to understand what you know about the subject. |

Hi,
if you want to be in the teaching profession, you should better do phd. With out phd you will be a 2nd class citizen in teaching/ academic career. Iims and xlri offer fellow programme in mangement and these can lead to a teaching/ academic career in some good institutions. They give you a stipend for your living expenses. There is no major financial commitment. If you are more ambitious, you can do phd . Hope this helps you.. |

Dear Shabnam,
you need to work hard on your communication skill, moreover there are other areas where you need to focus upon particularly Comprehension ability, Public Speaking as well as a genuine intrest towards the books. Considering your Present status, you can get entry in Management Colleges as a visiting faculty where you will be paid on the basis of number of classes. I suggest you to grab any such opportunity that comes to you, as that will help you develop teaching skill and meanwhile prepare hard for NET examination but most importantly you must have patience and perseverance for teaching as career is a long journey. |
