Am I eligible to attempt aptitude test of ISEET after scoring 62% in class 12th science
I got 62% in class XII Sc. in 2012 Am I eligible for attempting aptitude test of ISEET2013 for iit's.

i got 62% in 10 2 in 2012 . am i eligible for iseet 2013? can i increase my marks

Dear friend,
From next year, AIEEE and IIT-JEE are going to merge in Single Entrance Exam called ISEET (Indian Science Engineering Eligibility Test).  ISEET will be further divided into two stages i.e. IIT-Mains and IIT-Advanced exam. IIT-Mains will be nearly same as AIEEE exam. But in this exam, 40% weightage will also be given to 10+2 marks. IIT-Advanced exam will be conducted after IIT-Mains exam and only top 20 percentile students of their respective board will be eligible to appear for this exam. Since, you had secured only 62%, so you may appear for IIT-Mains exam, but you may not appear for IIT-Advanced exam which is gateway to IITs. |
