yes you are eligible for B.pharmacy, the only thing you have to do is to give state or all india common entrance examination for pharmacy. On the basis of these examinations ranking you will be alloted seat in particular college through the process of counselling until which you should have your 12th result and necessary documents(for counselling)

candidate must pass the 12th science
with 50% mark
then you are eligible for B.PHARM..............................

if you have to completed your 10+2 with 50% score .

also you have to passed the subject of chem , phy and bio.

in 10+2 you have must biology subject.
