i am finished my diploma in computer engineering ....i would like do biomedical engineering ...i am eligibility for biomedical engineering ?

can i join MBA after my diploma? or
can i join bio-engineering after my diploma? or

I had completed diploma in civil engineer can i do BE in bio medical or eronatical engineering
