Eligibility for the Foreign Nationals/NRI/PIO for CAT

The eligibility that is needed for foreign nationals, PIO’s or NRI’s is that they must have a Bachelors degree with a minim of 50% (candidates of the SC/ST, PWD categories must have a minimum of 45%).

The certification must be from any of the Universities that are accredited by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.

so you are eligible for CAT exam.

best of luck

hi

yes you can appear for CAT entrance exam

in many institutes NRI quota is also their, but very limited seats are available.

eligibility criteria

- you should hold bachelor degree or an equivalent CGPA with atleast 50% marks
-for SC and st 45% is the minimum qualification.
-for the universities where their is no provision of conversion of CGPA
equivalence would be taken by dividing it by 100.

best wish

Elgibility for CAT Exam
The CAT Exam candidate should have a Bachelor?s Degree, and at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA)categories], or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
Candidates appearing for the final year of bachelor?s degree examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply.
