Yes, you are eligible to do Diploma course even if you are a student of B.A first year. Candidates who have passed 10th standard or an equivalent examination from a Government recognised board are eligible to pursue Diploma course. Admissions in Diploma course are done through merit basis of 10th standard board examination marks or through entrance examination conducted by the respective state entrance examinations board. So, being a B.A first year student, you are eligible to get admission for pursuing Diploma course.
