Re: Am I eligible to give CLAT exam after doing B.Com?
CLAT - Common Law Admission Test conducted by National law university for admission to 5 years Integrated LL.B.(Bachelor of Law) Degree in reputed Institutions in India.
The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having either appear for 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board with 50% marks within the age of 20 years can apply for CLAT. So after doing B.Com. you can apply for CLAT but you should be within the age of 20 years with other eligibility. After completion of B.com. it not wise to apply for CLAT to for 5 years Integrated LL.B. Degree which will be a waste of time so you should go for three years LL.B. Degree course after B.Com if you are interested for LL.B. |

Re: Am I eligible to give CLAT exam after doing B.Com?
Hi,
You may be eligible for CLAT exam if you fulfil age criteria also. But you have done B. Com, so you should apply for LLM now. CLAT – Common Law admission test. Eligibility criteria for CLAT – Intermediate or equivalent in any stream from a recognised board with minimum of 55% marks. Age should not be more than 20 years. So, you should satisfy both the conditions if you want to apply for CLAT. Examination Pattern – There are five papers in CLAT exam – English General Knowledge Numerical Ability Legal Aptitude Reasoning Check again and then decide regarding LLB or LLM. |

Dear..
See there is some eligibility criteria and qualification that one has to fulfill in order to go for the exam and here the eligibility and qualification needed are as follows :- CLAT stands for Common Law admission test and it is conducted by One of the National Law university of India every year. It is a year course where a candidate can complete Graduation as well as awarded with a law degree Eligibility :- 1. Minimum 12th passed 2. 12th must be passed from a recognized board 3. Minimum 55% required 4. Relaxation to reserved category 5. Age limit is 20Years of Less See if you are eligible then go for the exam but i think you are a slight overage and hence if you are not eligible for the exam and in that case you can go for Direct admission in some law school based on your marks in B.com Hope it will help Cheers...!!! |

Re: Am I eligible to give CLAT exam after doing B.Com?
As per your qualification you are eligible to apply for CLAT as the minimum educational qualification for CLAT is 12th in any stream.
CLAT - Common Law Admission Test conducted by reputed National Law University of India for admission to 5 years Integrated LL.B.(Bachelor of Law) Degree course. The eligible candidate must be an Indian Citizen having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board with 50% marks within the age of 20 years can apply for CLAT. So as you are interested for LL.B., you should not opt for 5 years Integrated LL.B. through CLAT rather you should go with 3 years LL.B. course after completion of Graduation |
