To get admission in ISRO,you have to appear for entrance exam.
To appear for entrance exam,your graduation course is sufficient.

To be eligible for the written test, conducted by ISRO, for the post of scientist/engineers.

the candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

Candidate must have qualified BE/BTech with first class and an average of 65% in all semesters.

Candidate must not be over 35 years for general candidate, 40 years for candidates belonging to Sc/St category and 38 years for candidates belonging to other backward caste.

your graduation department is life science so you are not eligible for ISRO.
