i have 60% and above in bca but less than 45% in 10th and +2 are eligible for job in hcl company

dear friend,
some of the companies while recruitment search for the talent and knowledge rather the background of the student.
but some times when the competition is tough they put the condition of background to have an overall cut off.
but it depends upon the market demand, when the recruitment is more you can surely get the job. all the companies give chances to both career and non-career students.

yes , surely your marks is good in BCA ,your 12th marks does not effect alot.

Hi you are a BCA graduate and want a job in HCL. Its nice but any company dont look at your marks they want your skills at present. So dont worry about your marks and be sure that you have that proper skills.

You are elligible for job but at the gradution stage you dont get the good jobs like in these companies. So its better that you have the Masters degree in it if possible.

friend most of the it companies have a cutoff that stands at 60% marks throughout in 10th,12th and grad. though i may say that its not same for all companies. as far as i know for hcl the criteria is the same i.e 60% throughout but u have not told us the position for which u are applying. so i would suggest u to go to hcl.com and see at the careers page the exact eligibility criteria for the required post

sory you are not eligible for HCL because you have less percentage in 10+2.
HCL criteria is at least 60 % throughout .You can try for other companies which have no such crieteria.

I completed my degree B.Sc (CS) in 2010 with 82% and 12th with 71% and 10th with 81% now i am pursuing MCA in IGNOU........ But now i am interested to work in HCL.....i got the chance to attend the interview in HCL but due to of some problem i missed the that interview in april 2010....if their is any chance please help me

you are not eligible HCL company . because for bca student , they want 50% in through out career.

but your 10th marks is less than 50% so you are not eligible.
