Am I eligible to take M.Sc in chemistry after B.Sc in physics and chemistry?

I am in 2nd-year BSc doing PCM. In the 3rd year, we have to drop one subject and take the other two. So if I drop maths and take chemistry and physics will I be applicable for MSc in chemistry. I have a non-biology background, can someone please answer me?
