I have passed Diploma in Civil Engineering with 78% marks. I would like to pursue my study further. Am I eligible to get admission directly in 2nd year BE degree. If so which are the colleges available in Mumbai/Maharashtra. Please advise.

i have completed diploma in kerala will i get admission in mumbai in electrical and electronics
