Re: Am I eligible for Wipro to get a Job having scored 65% in 10th, 57% in 10+2 and 78% in B.Sc?
Wipro is one of top MNCs in India for IT jobs. So, in order to make entry in this popular country, it is must and should that one should be of career 60 candidate in the sense should have to score a minimum of 60% of marks through out the career in all academic levels.
As per this criteria, I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for Jobs in Wipro as you have scored just 57% in 10+2. Many of the candidates will neglect studies at lower levels as they don't know the value of percentage of marks at that time. But after completion of Graduation, they will come to know that importance. I think you might have some personal problems for this low percentage of marks in your 10+2. Forget about this. Past is past. If the job is very much important for you as you or your family is in need of money, then try to get jobs in ordinary companies where there is no Career 60 criteria to get Job. Work with that company for 2-3 years and gain good industry experience. After that you can try for jobs in Wipro or in other dream companies of you. Another caeer choice for you is to do MBA course in whichever the stream you are interested. Because, there are pletny of job opportunites for MBA candidates in variety of business sectors. If you join MCA course instead of MBA, again you will face the same trobule of Career 60. So,take wise decision and act accordingly. Wish you all the best. |

dear frd,you have a very
good percentage in your B.sc..your academic graph is increasing that is the main positive aspect about you..so u are eligible to all top MNC's like TCS,CTS,WIPRO,Mahendra tech,Infosys,HCL.if some of the companies ask 60% in 12th then u can ask them to provide a chance to prove your self with your B.Tech aggregate and skills. |

Sorry to say that you are not applicable for Placement in Wipro because your 12th standard marks is not above 60%. They want through out 60% in career.Pending backlog candidate are not eligible for Wipro exam. The eligible departments are B.Sc (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Physics, Statistics and Mathematics)/ BCA/ BCM/Bsc Computer Application. Some times this criteria may be changed depend on student academic marks. So this is not a fixed criteria for wipro exam. For online registration you can fill up the link page http://careers.wipro.com/wase/index.html Process of Wipro recruitment is 1)Written Test 2)Personal Interview But the better option , you can go for higher studies or govt sector jobs. Higher study options are MBA ,MCA ,M.Sc degree. For more details about wipro you can visit to http://www.wipro.com/ , |

dear friend,
Wipro is one of the IT giant in India. You want to get a job in Wipro.. Then you have to fulfill some eligibility criteria first to appear in the campus drive of Wipro. Eligibility for Wipro:-------------->> 1.Candidate must have secure 60% aggregate through out the career. 2.Candidate should not have any pending backlogs during graduation.. 3.Candidate must not have any study gap more than 2 years.. These are the eligibility criteria you have to fulfill. As you have secured less than 60% marks in 12th then you are not eligible for the campus drive of Wipro.. In fact you are not eligible for any big MNC's.. Because all the big MNC's are mentioned the eligibility criteria above 60% aggregate.. So, you can try for the small companies, where you can gather experience , after which you can apply for big MNC"s.. All the best. |
