Any exam available to enter in BHEL, BSNL, Google? What is the procedure and how much is the salary offered by the companies?

are there any exams to enter jobs such as BHEL ,BSNL ,GOOGLE. and what are the procedures to go to job on above stated companies. what are the salary offering by above statad companies.

Now BHEL company recruit the engineer trainee through the GATE exam score and the BSNL you can appear for common entrance exam.salary of these companies are 24,500-46,000 per month.
