You have completed BAMS course so you are not eligible for Indian Forest Services exam.

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university in Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a degree in Agriculture or Forestry or Engineering are eligible for Indian Forest Services exam.

Final year student are also eligible for IFS exam.

Your age should be in between 21 to 30 years.

First thing I would like to let you know that for joining Indian Forest Services you need to qualify Civil Services examination which is held by UPSC once every year.

Further the minimum educational qualification required for being eligible to join IFS is a bachelor degree in any one of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Forestry or Engineering of a recognised university or equivalent.

So being a BAMS ( Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery ) you are not eligible for joining IFS as for the same your bachelor degree must be in anyone of the above mentioned subjects.

But you can appear in Civil Services examination for joining other wings of Civil Services such as IAS, IPS, etc. .

For more details about Civil Services examination you can refer to the link www.upsc.gov.in.
