You have Not Mention in which standard you have score 55% Percentage of marks .

If your Completed 12th standard with 55% Percentage of marks than your eligible to appear in IBPS Clerk Examination .

Because IBPS Clerk Examination 50% Percentage of marks in 12th standard .

So, your eligible to appear in IBPS Clerk Examination . Here i provide the Information regarding IBPS Clerk Examination .

IBPS Stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection . This IBPS Conducts CWE ie:- Common Written Examination .
This Examination is held every year .

To appear in this Examination then you should hold 10th standard (or) Equivalent Examination in any stream with Minimum 60% Percentage of marks from recognized University .

(OR)

You should be hold 12th (or) Intermediate Examination in any discipline from recognized University . You should score Minimum 50% Percentage of marks .

(OR)

You should Complete Bachelor degree in any discipline from recognized University .

::: Age Criteria :::

Your age should be Not less than 18 years and Not More than 28 years . If your belong from sc/st candidate than upper age relaxation will applicable .

Dear friend,
For bank CLERK
You must have these criteria

1.You should complete 12th standard exam with decent marks
2.Your age must be within 18 to 28 years
3.You should be an Indian


But if do not have 60% marks or above this marks
Then you can not appear for those banks who have percentage criteria more than your marks

4.UCO BANK
5.YES BANK
6.HDFC BANK
7.GRAMEEN BANK

The eligibility criteria that is required for the candidates to apply for Bank Clerk Jobs was changed recently.

Previously, the candidates who have completed 12th class are eligible to apply for bank clerk jobs and there is some percentage criteria is there in 12th class.

But now the criteria is,

One should have completed Graduation with any of the stream from a recognized university and there is no percentage of marks criteria required for the candidates to apply for these positions.

You did not mention the highest level of academic qualification that you have.

If you have completed your Graduation, then you can apply for these positions.

The selection procedure would include
Written Exam
Interview

The written exam will consists of questions from the following categories
Reasoning
Numerical Ability
General Awareness
General English
Computer knowledge

IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) is conducting common written exam for the recruitment of Clerical positions for all the public sector banks.

Better you can apply for this exam.

The required age criteria will be
20-28 years of age for the candidates of General category.
Relaxation in upper age limit upto 3 years for the candidates of OBC category.
Relaxation in upper age limit upto 5 years for the candidates of SC or ST category.

As the competition is huge for Bank Clerk Jobs, you should have strong preparation to crack selection procedure.
