Re: Is it beneficial to study BTech in Bangalore for 12th student of Indore?
Yes, you can pursue B.Tech from Bangalore. But in Bangalore there is not any IIT or NIT college. So, you have to pursue B.Tech from any private college or from any engineering college of Karnataka University.
If you want to get good placement after completing B.Tech then i suggest you to pursue B.Tech from any IIT or NIT colleges. And for this you have to appear in JEE Main or Advance examinations. |

Every year lots of candidate move to Bangalore for pursuing Engineering course as this place is hub of engineering colleges. There will be no problem in moving to this place.
Initially, you may experience some weather and food issues but after 2-3 months, everything will be normal. It is Silicon Valley of India. After B.Tech, you can easily get good jobs here. |

According to me, B.Tech from Bangalore is not good because there is not any reputed government college like IIT or NIT in Bangalore. So, i suggest you to do B.Tech from any IIT or NIT colleges from Madras or Bombay.

It would be beneficial for you if you study BTech in Bangalore rather than in Indore because in Bangalore there are many reputed colleges which are offering engineering courses.
I would like to suggest you to seek admission in a college which conducts its own entrance exam because that would be prolific for you in the future. You can stay in hostel or PG as per the college rules. |

Yes, it will be beneficial to study B.Tech in Bangalore after completing your 12th class education in Indore.
The only problem you’ll have is you will not be eligible for local quota. If your parents belong to Bangalore then you’ll be eligible for local quota. If you can get good rank in the entrance exam like AIEEE, IIT JEE, KCET and etc., exams you can get admission in good university. There are many colleges in Bangalore which B.Tech course. Some of the top colleges are listed below: - BMS college of engineering - Ramaiah Institute of Technology - RV college of engineering - PES university - Bangalore institute of technology - BMS institute of technology & management - BNM Institute of Technology - Dayananda sagar college of engineering - MS Ramaiah university of applied sciences - Acharya institute of technology - ACS College of engineering - Christ university |

Dear Student,
As you are from Indore you can choose a college in Bangalore, Studying Engineering in a city may give you exposure to types of people so you may enrich your communication skills. But Gaining the subject knowledge is more important than the place of study. Studying Engineering in IIT and NIT will give you very bright future since many Top MNC companies recruit candidates from these institutions but you need to write JEE exam to get admission in IITs. You can apply for General Counselling and select other Government, Government aided and Private colleges. You can also get seat in the desired private colleges without applying for Counselling by going to management quota. All the Best |
