First of all keep in mind that if your Quants is really very week than start preparing from the basic material i.e NCERT arithmetic text books from classes VIII to X are the best in this regard.

2. ‘Quantum CAT’ by Sarvesh Kumar Verma (Arihant publication)

for Quant section, the best book would be,

Arun Sharma
R S Agarwal

Make sure you go through each and every concept and then solve each and every questions atleast twice or if not every question then you should mark question with bit difficult and solve then again latter.

After you have done that, try to solve as many mock papers as possible.
After few mock papers, solve mock papers with timer and try to analyse each mock paper after you have done. Try to see the area where you have gone wrong and why you have gone wrong. By doing this you will not repeat such mistake when solving same time of question.
