i m dng btech in biotech 4rm vit.i want 2 do my ms 4rm germany...whch r best colleges dere.....nd at wat gre rank ill get full scholarship...i m nt a 1st generation college stdnt...so wl i be applicable 4 scholarship????ny assistance...wat wld be total expenditure...if i didnt gt schlaship..nd if i gt????plz rply................

Acadamy of media arts cologne is best in Germany.German universities provide 100% scholarship with no Tution fee.if u dont get scholarship,get ready to pay Rs200000 per semester
