Most of the universities in Germany do not take tution fees for higher degree courses. Most of them are free with just administration charges. Apart from this, you need to undertake your living cost. However, some institutes have started introducing tution fees which varies from year to year and institute to institute.

Inorder to seek admission in them,you need to have a good resume with good academic record in India (more than 70%) and have a valid good score in GRE and TOEFL (like 1200 and 80). Apart from these if you have some research experience,then you will be preferred more. The scholarships are given by the universities as well as by German government on certain conditions which you need to fulfill. You can take education loans from Indian Banks. You also need to have a valid student VISA to study in Germany.

The general fee structure in the institute will range from 500-700 euros per semester and the living and medical cost will range around 350-500 euros per month.
