dont go to any consultancy maximum consultancy are fake.

so better option for you to Submit the resume on job search site like naukri, monster, freshersworld, elitmus, timesjob etc.

after completing ece which course is better? whether java or dotnet or embedded system or vhdl

the best jobs nowdays for ECE guys are in private sector comapnys.
because in private sector the demand guys is more and also they high pay too,i suggest you some company:
texas instrumentation,airtel,siemens,Bhel.
