Selection of specialization subjects can be made according to your interest. Finance is highly demanded among students than HR. HR deals with employee management, payroll management, grievance handling, and so on. Finance is related to capital management, wealth management, and related matters. After completion of either of the specialization areas, you can try for Management Trainee jobs in HLL, CIL, etc. Specialist officer jobs in banks are also applicable.
