BE is a graduate degree in the field of engineering. Where as M.Tech, MS, and MBA are all post graduate degrees. In order to opt any of the above mentioned post graduation courses, it is required to complete your graduation. In case of BE and M.Tech qualifications these are mainly adopted for getting in to the technical field of engineering. An MBA will help you begin your career in the management area. MS is Master of Science which is different from other courses. It is advisable to evaluate the scope of each course separately and take a decision accordingly.

B.tech is graduate/bachelor degree course where as M.S ,M.TECH or MBA is post graduate/master degree course. So, you can not compare bachelor degree with master degree. From M.S ,M.TECH or MBA , you can go for any master degree as all three hold good reputation . But its your interest, if you are interested to being technical after B.tech , then you can do M.S or M.TECH otherwise you can do MBA
