Hello friend,
As you have mentioned that you have done Bachelors in Computer Application, I would suggest you to go for any of the courses offered by CDAC. There are various courses offered by CDAC which can be pursued by you being a graduate in computer application. Apart from the courses offered by CDAC, you may also go for MCA, which is very good option in the present scenario, provided you want to get into hardcore programming.
As you have also mentioned about your financial condition, the course offered by CDAC are affordable.

DIT(Diploma in Information Technology)- Course fee is Rs.3,500
ADIT(Advanced Diploma In Information Technology)- Course feeRs. 9,000

Which is a better option cdac or MBA after completing my BE in computer science??

I have a three year gap after my B.Tech graduation. I worked in Accenture company for 1 year and then resigned as I wanted to pursue post graduation.I got admission in Southern California university through GRE but didn%u2019t join the course. Now I am in a dilemma whether to do Cdac course or MBA. Which option is better for job opportunity. Please guide.
