I want to know which is better trade among civil, mech, it and cse and which trade can get me the best package and my parents dont like mech and civil bcos it is a field job

All these three branches have equal importance in job market. You have to take decision on the basis of your interest and subject knowledge. As you have mentioned in the question, Mechanical and Civil departments provide field jobs. IT provides more job opportunities and pay packages compared to others. Next option is CSE. You can seek better employment opportunities in abroad also.

After copleted diploma with civil trade .will we get admission in iit or nit colg..or other goverment colg..through lateral entry
