You can try to do the medical writing courses or else the regulatory writing courses available, which can get you the jobs in the Pharmaceutical industry in your area and also you can get the jobs in the clinical research labs which can help you to gain the lab experience. By this you can also apply for the institutes like CDRI, CIMAP, Lucknow for the Grade IV jobs, easily.

Dear friend,

As you have done master's in biotechnology, you can choose for doing higher studies in this field like doing Phd and research oriented works if you are really interested in your subject.

Otherwise opt for MBA which can earn you a managerial job in future.
