This exam is conducted for the selection of candidates in Indian Air force

Dear,
Generally air force exam is organized
• For undergraduates and graduates
• For engineers

•-> Syllabus for general graduates and undergraduates is
• General english
• Quant
• Logical Reasoning
• General Awareness

Best book for these subjects is RS Aggrawal. You can find RS Aggrawal on any bookshop.

•-> For engineers, the pattern is little a bit different. Syllabus includes
• General Engineering Paper - Paper I - 40 Questions
• Specific Engineering Paper II (Paper contain questions from your branch) - 35 Questions

To collect engineering paper material, you may search different sites such as

dear friend,
Air force conducts Common Admission Test to recruiting students for officer post in air force in different branch...
So, if you want join in air force then you have to first clear the written test called AFCAT exam..
First of all you have to fulfill some criteria to appear in AFCAT exam:-

Eligibility criteria to appear in AFCAT exam:-

For technical branch:-
The candidate must have complete the bachelor degree in engineering field, with securing 60% marks in 12th in science stream..
The candidates age should be in between 18-28 years..

For Ground duty branch:-
The candidate must have complete the graduation or post graduation with securing 60% marks in 12th...
The candidates age should be in between 20-27 years...

So, you have to fulfill these criteria first, to appear in the exam..
The reference books you can prefer to crack the exam are as follows:-

1.AFCAT guide
Published by RAMESH
As the exam pattern of AFCAT exam is similar to the bank PO exam then you can prefer reference books of bank PO exam..
The candidate also have to improve the general awareness by reading newspaper..
you have to practice well to answer the questions..
so, go for it..
All the best..
