The best books for Indian Administrative Services examination preparation:
Indian Polity by Laxmikant. Geography by G.C Leong, Savinder Singh. History by Bipan Chandra. Economics by Ramesh Singh. Mrunal is a good website for Self study aspirants. First try to complete NCERT books of these subjects from 6th to 12th. |

Environment by Shanker IAS academy. Geography by Savinder Singh. NCERT and NIOS books. Polity and governance by Laxmikant. History --Spectrum and Bipan Chandra. Notes are available at xaam.in and shashidthakur123.wordpress.com. |

Aggarwal( for prelims) -->Current Affairs Any standard Newspaper( Eg: Hindu) -->Indian History India Struggle for Independence by Bipin Chandra; NCERT Books(XI&XII) -->Indian Economy Plus One, Plus Two Books, Pratiyogita Darpan -->General Science Tata Mc Graw Hill Guide -->Geography Spectrum -->Indian Polity Constitution of India by Bakshi. Apart from the above books try to write mock exams also. |
