- Finance management
- Strategy management
- Marketing management
- Operation management
- IT/ITES/Systems
- Human Resource management

All the fields are required and all offer good salary. MNC has all the department and pay each department heavily.
You should look for field of your interest and try to score very high in this.

You should target top 20 MBA colleges to do your MBA to get good placement.
As far as salary is concerned, it depends on post, company and your college too.
Different company pay different package for the same post from different college. Better the college, better would be your package.

there is no specific branch which can pay you high.
Each and every branch has ups and downs.
For example. people consider finance as very good as most investment banks pays well but given the current market condition, finance candidates are finding it difficult to get placed.

Just make sure, what ever field you choose, you do it from the good college and also you give your 100%. If you are good in your field then you will get good job.
