It seems you have some wrong ideas about BITSAT.Anyone can take admission in
BITS colleges.
BITSAT is conducted by BITS for admission in integrated
programs like
B.E. (Hons): Chemical Engineering (Pilani, Goa, Hyderabad);
Civil Engineering (Pilani, Hyderabad);
Computer Science (Pilani, Goa, Hyderabad);
Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Pilani, Goa, Hyderabad);
Electronics and Communication Engineering (Hyderabad);
Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (Pilani, Goa);
Mechanical Engineering (Pilani, Goa, Hyderabad);
Manufacturing Engineering (Pilani)
Eligibility for BITSAT is +2 passed or Appearing
with a minimum of 80% from PCM and minimum 60% each in PCM.

For admission to any of the above Integrated First Degree Programmes you should have passed the 12th class examination of 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Direct Admission to Board Toppers: Guaranteed admission to all the students who obtained first ranks in their respective board examinations. First rank students of all the central and state boards in India for the year 2011 will be given direct admission to the program of their choice, irrespective of their BITSAT-2011 score as per the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

dear friend,
any student from all over the india can take admission in BITS college. there is nothing like that a b.tech student from bits only can apply in bits. you are eligible to give BITSAT exam if you have done b.tech from a government recognized .university. you will have to register online on their website and then an entrance exam will be there. if you secure good marks in that exam, then only you will get admission in BITS.

Can any student apply for the BITSAT entrance examination ?

BITSAT examination is conducted by Birla Institute of Science & Technology, Pilani for the admission in the first year integrated programme at BITs, Pilani.
It is the best private engineering college of India. Its ranking is first among all private engineering college of India.

To appear in the BITSAT examination you should have pass 12th examination with minimum 80% aggregate marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics subject with at least 60% aggregate marks in each subject Physics, chemistry and mathematics.
