If you are Pursing your Final year Post graduate degree course in these colleges, then yes you are eligible for NET Examination.

NET stands for National Eligibility test and this examination is Conducted by UGC, Twice in a year for the post of Lectureship OR Junior Research Fellowship. The examination is Conducted in June and December Every year. To apply for this examination you have to complete your Post graduate degree course with Minimum 55% Marks. Final year appearing candidates are also eligible for NET Examination.

The Notification of This year JUNE NET Examination was already Published and the last date of apply for this examination is 30/April/2012. Eligible candidates may fill the NET Application form Online Only.

But before filling the online application form, you must possess the following Documents:

~~ Scanned passport size photograph in JPEG format of less than 300 kb
~~ Copy of Bank Challan (fee receipt).

The application form cost of NET is Rs 450 and you have to pay the fees through Challan form in SBI Bank.

You have to choose the subjects in NET on the basis of your Post graduation.

The examination is going to be held soon on 26/June/2012.

There are 3 papers in NET Examination and all are conducted in Same day in 2 session. All 3 papers of NET will be Objective and there is No negative marking in the examination. I had completed my bca from ignou & now pursuing mca from ignou.
Is am eligible for NET exam?

according to u a master from ignou is eligible to answer net exam then why there is no name of IGNOU as coordinating university in the application form of ugc net ?
plz reply bcoz I tried to apply for it and could not find name of ignou.
