Can the candidates of 3rd year apply for JTO Exam?

Engineering graduates can apply for JTO post. On the other hand, you cannot apply for this exam in 3rd year itself. You have to first complete your graduation. You can however appear when you are a final year engineering student if you have marksheet by the time of the interview round. A written test is conducted as part of selection process. This examination is conducted in June.
