Neither, you can get admission in First year B.Com degree course nor you appear in B.Com first year examination having backlog in 2 subjects of your Class 12th as it is mandatory to have passed in all the subjects of Class 12th for admission to any bachelor degree course.

So, to get admission in any bachelor degree course you are required to first clear your backlog papers of Class 12th first.

Further, to become a fashion designer you need to pursue degree course in designing i.e; B.Des. degree course.
