Student of class 12'th may appear in the examination of IIT JEE 2012?

You did not mention here, about your current stream,through which you are studying in 12th.
INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY[IIT] conducts JEE [JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION],for offering B.TECH course in various streams from the most most reputed engineering colleges like-IIT KANPUR, IIT-BHU,IIT-RURDKI etc etc,.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS-

for appear in this examination, you must have at least 12th degree from a recognized board.
you must have subjects PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, MATHS. you must have to score at least 60% in them.

the age limit for the JEE is 17-25 years.

there are only two consecutive years of appearance in the JEE are given to the candidates, with passing of 12th.

YEs you are 100% eligible to take up IITJEE 2012 while you are in class12 now.As per the eligibility given by JEE:
To appear in IIT-JEE 2012, a candidate must have either passed the QE for the first time, on or after October 1, 2010 or appearing for the first time in 2012. Those who are going to appear in the QE later than September 30, 2012 are not eligible to appear in IIT-JEE 2012.

IIT conducts the joint entrance exam for admitting the eligible aspirants to the various engineering courses in IIT institutes in India.
The academic eligibility for the exam
1. The aspirant should have completed his 10+2 exam with physics, chemistry and mathematics as their subjects
2. Those who are appearing for the exam are also eligible
3. The aspirant should have made a aggregate of 60% for general category, obc and 55% for sc, st and others
4. The maximum age limit for appearing in the exam is 25 for general and obc. For sc and st the upper limit is 30
5. One can attempt the exam for a maximum of 2 times
the last date for applying for the exam is 15 of december. The exam is to be held on 8th april 2012

Yes you can join IIT-JEE Exam after 12th Class .But,you should have minimum criteria :-

1.>You should pass The 10+2 th standard.

2.>You should Qualify the IIT-JEE Examination.

Yeah of course... This is usually the stage in which people apply for IIT-JEE. Study hard and clear it. If you do not clear this time, you'll get only one more chance.

Eligibility criteria:-
> Pass 12th with minimum 60% marks in non-medical subject from recognized university.

>Age should be above 17 year.

You can only appear in the IIT examination after 12th.......Your age should not be more than 22 years........You should be a candidate of India...........
After 12th, you can take maximum 2 attempts to clear IIT........
That too, in 2 consecutive years...........

you can appear in iit examination after your board examination only. you should get 60% in PCM. for appearing in iit examination.
