No, its not possible to register for the Integrated Professional Competence Course without qualifying the Common Proficiency Test.
Earlier, there was a provision for graduates to get exemption from the Foundation Program but since the Foundation Program has been replaced by the Common Proficiency Test, now every individual has to go through the test in order to pursue chartered accountancy course.

those students who has clear their tybcom cant apply directly for ipcc,without giving cpt.

If you are doing graduation and you have completed either 3rd year of 2nd year of your graduationthan you are eligible for IPCC without CPT. Otherwise, if you have only passed your higher secondary 12th than you have to take admission in CPT first and pass the exam.

The registration has already started for both the group.

Last Date for Registration for June, 2012 Exam : 04.04.2012
