now i am 18 years old in coming november ill be 19 years old so can i tack part in upcoming nda exame

Dear friend NDA stands for National Defence Academy.

NDA exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice time in a year for three wings.

- Army wings

- Navy wings

- Air force Wings

Age limit:-

Age should be between 16.5 years to 19 years.

There is No age relaxation for reserved categories in this exam.

Only unmarried Male candidate are eligible to apply this exam.

For apply NDA exam the minimum education is 10+2 pass for Army wing and 10+2 pass with PCM subjectes for Navy and Air Force wing .

This exam is conducted by twice time in a year as NDA I and NDA II Exam .Through this exam , you can apply in Indian Army , Indian Navy and Indian Air force .

For this exam required some eligibility criteria , this criteria is given below-

Education Qualification:-

Completed 12th standard .There is no percentage criteria for the candidate.Final year of 12th standard can apply here .

Age Limit:-

Your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.

Citizenship:-

You must have citizenship of India.

Martial Status :-

Unmarried candidate can apply here .

Gender :-

Only male candidate can apply here .

DATE OF NOTIFICATION:- 21.12.2013
LAST DATE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS:- 20.01.2014 (MONDAY)
DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF EXAM:- 20.04.2014 (SUNDAY)

N.D.A. & N.A. EXAM.(II), 2014

DATE OF NOTIFICATION:- 21.06.2014
LAST DATE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS:- 21.07.2014 (MONDAY)
DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF EXAM:- 28.09.2014 (SUNDAY)

So if your age is over 19 years old at the date of notification then you are not applicable for NDA exam .

From this year NDA application form must be submitted by only online system. The fees for NDA exam is 50/- . You can be paid the amount through SBI Debit/Credit Card or by SBI Net Banking or by depositing directly in SBI .

Yes, you are eligible to apply for NDA at the age of 18 years provided you fulfill all eligibility criteria.

NDA stands for National Defence Academy, the entrance exam for which is conducted by UPSC twice every year as NDA-I and NDA-II for an entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA.

The eliggible candidate must be an Indian unmarried Male candidate only having either appear for the final 12th Exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical and Mental Health, can apply for NDA.

You can apply for the next NDA exams only if you meet the below eligibilty

Education:

Indian Army- 12th class or Intermediate Pass in any stream
Indian Airforce and Indian Navy Wing- 12th class or Intermediate Pass.In class 12th you should have studied the subjects Physics and Maths.


Age-
Minimum 16.5 years
Maximum 19 years

No age relaxations is given to any candidates who apply for the NDA exams
Only Candidates born between 2nd January 1996 to 1st July 1998 can apply for these exams

Next NDA exams will be held on 20th April 2014
Notification will come out on 21st Dec 2013
