Now I'm studying BE EEE can i apply for cid.. if its possible tell me the procedure sir...

Yes after bachelors degree you can apply for CBI.
Eligibility Criteria: Any graduate in any discipline from any recognized university can give the exam. Age should be between 20-27 years. Selection procedure includes written exam followed by personal interview. Syllabus: - part i- general test, general reasoning and intelligence, general awareness and numerical ability.
