Can I apply for GATE Exam having completed B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from RVD?


i have completed b-tech in mechanical engg.from RVD,can i apply for gate examination.

Yes, you can apply for GATE exam after B.Tech (mechanical). Graduates in engineering from a recognized institute are eligible to attend this exam. Final year candidates in engineering can also apply for this exam. M.Tech graduates are also eligible to apply for GATE exam. You will be mainly tested specific subject areas as per your specialization stream. You can apply online for GATE exam.
