IPS Stands for Indian Police service and to become IPS you have to appear for the Civil services examination, this examination is very competitive because lots of candidates apply for this examination every year, but very few will be able to get success.

To apply for this examination you have to complete your Graduate degree course in any discipline from a recognized University, Final year appearing candidates are also eligible to apply for this examination.

If you failed in One subjects in Last year, but you have passed that subjects, then you can apply. If you have not passed in that subject yet, then please passed and clear the subject and then apply next year examination, You can apply for Next year Civil services examination Provisionally if you have not clear that subject yet.

When you have clear this subject, only then you will get success in this examination other wise you will be disqualified at the time of Interview.

Notification of Next year examination is going to be published soon next year in the month of February and eligible candidates may fill the application form online only.

To apply for this examination your age should between 21 to 30 years and upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC Candidates only.

IPS - INDIAN POLICE SERVICE, to become an IPS officer one has to appear and crack Civil Service Exam conducted by UPSC once every year.

To be eligible to apply for IPS civil Service Exam, one must be an Indian National first of all. He should have either appeared for the final Graduation Degree exam or passed in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate. The candidate should have possessed good Physical and Mental health.

The learner will use IDM to tune and create signatures to meet the requirements of a given security policy. Given a scenario, the learner will use IDM to tune a sensor to work optimally in the network. Given a scenario, the learner will use the Monitoring Center for Security and Cisco Threat Response to maximize alarm management efficiency. The learner will explain blocking concepts and use IDM to configure blocking for a given scenario. The learner will install the NM-CIDS in a router and initialize it. The learner will install the module in a Cisco Catalyst 6500 Switch and initialize it. The learner will use a Cisco Catalyst 6500 Switch to capture network traffic for intrusion prevention analysis. The learner will install and recover the sensor software image and perform service pack and signature updates. The learner will use the CLI and IDM to verify system configuration.
