The eligibility criteria to apply for VISA differs from country to country. Also the purpose to apply for VISA also plays an important role .

Looking to your percentage it looks tough qualify for the VISA of any developed countries.

you also need to qualify in the exams like GRS, TOEFLL, IELTS exams if you want VISA for educational purpose.
