hi,
No, you can not give K-CET exam if you are belong to Hyderabad.

But if your parents are working in govt sector in Karnataka then you can give
K-CET exam.

Your age should be above 17year

No its not possible if you belong to Hyderabad and if you don't have any connection to Karnataka .
To be eligible there are many clauses ,out of which you must satisfy any of them.To see them visit the link:

If not eligible,then you can go for COMEDK which is an easier exam than other entrance exams but the fees is high if you secure admission through COMEDK.The tution fees is 125000 which is comparatively high but its easier to crack .So study well and clear the entrance.GOOD LUCK.
