What is the eligibility criteria for KCET?
I stay in maharashtra and my education is Also from maharashtra. But my father's education is from karnataka.. Hes a resident of karnataka n we have out property in karnataka.. So m
i eligible for the kcet?? |

KCET - Karnataka common entrance test
this is common entrance test taken by Karnataka Govt. for the admission of engineering as well as architecture. criteria required for the engineering: you should pass 12th with physics,chemistry,biology,maths. you require 50% as belongs to general category. you require 45% as belongs other category. criteria for architecture : you should pass 12th with mathematics as a subject and score 50% as belongs to general category. if you belongs to other category like schedule cast/ schedule tribe. you must qualify NATA with 40% marks. |

Karnataka Common Entrance Test 2013 (KCET)
Exam Name: Karnataka Common Entrance Test- KCET Commonly called as: Karnataka CET 2013 Exam type: State Level Exam category: UG Level Conducting Institute: Karnataka Examinations Authority KCET 2013 Eligibility Criteria: You want to apply for B.Tech in the state must have passed 10+2 exam from any recognized board in the country or Pre-University exam from any recognized university. The student must have studied Physics and Maths along with any one of the optional subject- Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or Electronics. The student must have acquired a minimum aggregate mark of 45% to become eligible to apply. The minimum mark requirement for the SC/ST/OBC category candidates is 40%. KCET 2013 Paper Pattern: The entrance test will have objective type questions. The test will be in two sections. The first section will have questions on Physics and Chemistry and the second section will have questions from Maths. The first section will have 120 questions and the candidate will get 150 minutes to complete the section. The second section will have 60 questions and the candidate will get 80 minutes to complete them. Each correct answer will fetch one mark. There are no negative marks. ALL THE BEST |

KCET Stands Karnataka Common Entrance Test
Eligibility : Engineering : Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent with English , Physics , Mathematics & any one of the Chemistry / Bio-Technology/Computer Science / Electronics / Biology with min of 45% aggregate marks in optional subjects Medical / Dental : Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent with English , Physics , Chemistry & Biology with at least 50% aggregate marks in PCB Candidates should have attained the age of 17 years but not more than 25 years as on 31 December Architecture : Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Mathematics with min of 50% aggregate marks in all the subjects Exam Pattern : Physics : No Of Questions : 60 Marks : 60 Duration : 70 min Chemistry : No Of Questions : 60 Marks : 60 Duration : 70 min Maths : No Of Questions : 60 Marks : 60 Duration : 70 min Biology : No Of Questions : 60 Marks : 60 Duration : 70 min Total 80 min are given , first 10 min is used to fill the answer sheet details So actual time of exam : 70 min No negative marks http://kea.kar.nic.in |

KCET Stands Karnataka Common Entrance Test. Eligibility Criteria: Candidate should be origin of India. Engineering: Candidate should complete the 12th standard with PCM subjects. And you should required min 45% of marks. Medical: Candidate should have complete the 12th standard with Chemistry, Biology & Physics. You should required min 50% of marks. all the best....... |

hai, KCET - Karnataka Common Entrance Test Eligibility Criteria: **Candidate should be Citizen of India Engineering Course: **Candidate should complete PCM subjects in 12th standard.Candidate secured minimum of 45% of Marks Ayurveda/Homeopathy/Unani/Naturopathy & Yoga Courses: **Candidate should have passed 12th standard with Physics,Chemistry and Biology as Optional subjects with English as one of the languages of study. **Candidate should be secured with 50% of marks **For SC/ST Candidates 45% of marks. Medical Course: **Candiate should be complete Bi.P.C(Biology,Chemistry,Physics).Candidate should be secure minimum of 50% of marks. |
