Can i apply for MCA after Graduation in B.A. With Hindi Litreture,History & Sociology as Subjects..?
I have also did 'o' Level Diploma of DOEACC SOCIETY. Plz Reply !

You must have 50% in graduation of 3 years from any recognized university in any discipline and 10+2 with mathematics.

Hai friend,
You are not mentioned your intermediate main subjects.
For applying MCA only maths students are eligible.
You are persued B.A graduation as per my knowledge you are not eligible because you are not a maths student.

Sorry but it is impossible for you to take admission in M.C.A. after completing your B.A. course.
According to the eligibility criteria,B.A. degree holders are not eligible for M.C.A. courses.
Only B.tech,B.B.A.,B.C.A. degree holders are eligible for M.C.A. courses.
You can join M.C.A. after completing your B.A.,but for this you will have to do Graduate degree in any of the 3 courses-B.tech,B.B.A.,B.C.A.
After completing Graduation Degree in any of these courses you will be eligible for admission in M.C.A. course.
Since you had completed your Bachelors degree in Arts,I would suggest you to go for Masters degree,instead of doing another Bachelors degree along with B.A.
You can go for various Masters degree available for you after B.A. like M.A,M.B.A.,B.ed,B.A.L.L.B.etc.
After completing your Masters degree in Arts you can also join Teaching line,which would be good option for you.

Master in Computer Application is 3 years degree course in which you will learn and understand both theory and applications in Computer.

Eligibility criteria for admission in MCA

1. Graduation in any Discipline from recognized university.
2. At least 50% to 60% marks in your graduation.
3. Student must have studied Maths/Statistics/Business-Maths in class 12th.

There are many universities which are offering MCA from distance learning and as Regular course.

But almost all the college conduct Entrance Exam to take candidate into their course.

Entrance Examinations comprises Mental Ability, English Comprehension and Mathematics of 12th standard.

B.tech,B.B.A.,B.C.A. degree holders are eligible for M.C.A. courses.
You can join M.C.A. after completing your B.A.,but for this you will have to do Graduate degree in any of the 3 courses-B.tech,B.B.A.,B.C.A.
After completing Graduation Degree in any of these courses you will be eligible for admission in M.C.A. course.please go for Masters degree,instead of doing another Bachelors degree along with B.A.

No b.com students are not eligible for MCA course. Only the candidate who having mathematics subject are eligible to apply for MCA COURSE

Well friend i am sorry to say that you are not eligible to apply for mca course as you are a b.a graduate.only those students who passed their graduation from science background are eligible for this course.
To get into this course you have to clear different entrance exams which are conducted by different universities.mca course is a very good master course in computer and the person completing this has a good opportunity of getting job.

Yes, you can apply for MCA course after completion of Graduation in BA provided you fulfill all eligibility criteria.

MCA - Master of Computer Application, is a 3 years Post Graduation Course and can be pursed after Graduation Degree.

The eligible candidate must be an Indian Citizen having completed Graduation Degree in any stream with good marks from a recognised University. The candidate should have studied Mathematics in 12th level. The eligible candidate can apply for MCA through entrance exam.

You didn't mention about your 12th main subject.If you have mathematics in 12th then you are eligible to write MCA entrance examination otherwise not.

Qualification for MCA :

1.Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.

2.50%-60% marks in graduation.(marks varry for different university entrance exam).

3.Must have Mathematics as a main subject in 12th.

Here is the different MCA entrance examination-
All India MCA Common Entrance Test,Banaras Hindu University,West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam MCA,Jawaharlal Nehru University,Maharashtra Common Entrance Test,Punjab University MCA Entrance,Amrita MCA Entrance Examination,Amrita Vishwa Vidyappetham,Lucknow University Computer Science Admission Test,National Institute of Technology MCA Common Entrance Test,Rajasthan Master of Computer Applications Admission Test.

There are two conditions for joining MCA course and you have to fulfill any one of the criteria then only you will get admission into MCA course.

10+2 with Maths as subjects from a recognized board of education and Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University.

OR

Graduation with Maths as one of the subject with at least 50% marks in it.

Different Universities may have different percentage criteria but most them ask for 50% marks in Graduation for admission into MCA course.

As you have complete B.A which is not having maths subject and you have not mentioned your 10+2 subjects so it will be difficult to predict whether you are eligible or not.

But if you haven't studied maths in 10+2 then there is no chance of you becoming eligible for MCA course.

Hence you can finalise yourself whether you are eligible or not by seeing your subjects combination in 10+2.

To join in M.C.A (Master of Computer Applications) there is some of eligibility required. Your not mentioned about your 12th standard main subject and you mentioned graduation subjects. If your main subject is mathematics in 12th standard then you are eligible otherwise you are not eligible to join in M.C.A course.

If you are satisfies the below eligibility criteria then you are eligible to join in M.C.A Course.

Eligibility Criteria:

Master of Computer Applications regular eligibility is you should be complete graduation from a recognized university.

Candidates must be complete 12th with mathematics subject.

Candidates(General/OBC category) should have minimum of 55% in graduation level.

Candidates(SC/ST category) should have a minimum of 50% in Graduation level.

**There is no age limit.

Admission Procedure:

The admission process is based on entrance examination like TANCET, ICET etc... The different states are conducting different entrance examination. Some of Institutes admission process is given by management quota. But if you get good rank then there is no need to pay the management fee. If you take admission directly then you have to pay the management quota fee and course fee.

You will be eligible to take admission in MCA(Master of Computer Application) course if you have studied Mathematics in Inter/10+2 level.It will be beneficial for you if you have taken extra paper as Mathematics in Graduation Level.
