Sir, i have short sight in my both eyes of power-2.25. After doing lazer treatment for eyes( orginal vision regained without fitting lens or glasses) can i could apply for it?fr navy

Dear Friend

If you have undergone any laser operation for eye correction then you are not eligible
for those jobs of Indian Navy/Army/Air Force where eye power is included in medical
standards.

Only eye correction by lenses is allowed in such jobs.

You should try for other jobs according to your qualification.

e.g. If you are a graduate then you can apply for Officers Training Academy wing of
Combined Defence Services.

my eyesight is -5.25 .can i apply for any job in defence.

i get 80.2% marks in 1st sem. exam of 12th in 2011-12 with non-medical. My eye sight is weak. It is -3.5 nd -3.75 with left nd right eye respectiely can i apply for airmen in h.a.f.
