hello!!

one can join Indian Defense forces after XII by giving the exam for NDA and NA which is conducted by U.P.S.C Twice every year.You have not mentioned your branch in Class XII which is of great importance since the eligibility criteria is different for all.

since percentage required for NDA exam is pass from a recognized board or school,hence see if you satisfy the below mentioned eligibility criteria..

as far as percentage is concerned you can apply for more see below.....

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ----NDA

-The Age of the candidate should be B/W 16.5 to 19 years inclusive of both dates

-There is no percentage barrier to be eligible for NDA you are just required to be passed from CLASS XII Exam.

-candidates should have passed or be appearing XII class from a recognized board .

-candidates having PCM in class XII can apply for all three branches namely navy,millitary,airforce.

-candidates not having PCM can only apply for Indian Millitary Academy

-only unmarried male candidates can apply.

NDA EXAM ELIGIBLITY:-
*you must have passed 12th standard from a recognized board.
*age limit is 16.5 to 19 years.

Yes of course , you are eligible to apply for NDA Examination . NDA Stands for National Defence Academy Examination and this examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice in a year . There is no minimum criteria for this examination and minimum pass marks is enough to appear .

After cracking this exam the candidate can join any of force :-

~~Indian Army
~~Indian Navy
~~Indian Air force

Eligibility Criteria for NDA :-

## Candidate must be Indian National .
## No Percentage bar required .
## Male candidates are eligible to apply .
## Age should be between 16.5 years and 19 years .
## Final year candidates are eligible .

Those who have passed his Higher Secondary Level examination with Physics and Mathematics as subjects are eligible to apply for Indian Air force as well as Indian Navy wings .

If those who are completed his Higher Secondary Level with commerce stream / Arts Stream / Any other stream then eligible to apply for Indian Army examination .

NDA (I) Exam was already completed and NDA (II) Last date for receipt of application also already close .

So if you are missed this chance then don't worry next notification will be publish in the month of Dec OR Jan in the official website of Union Public Service Commission .

You have completed 12th standard with above 57% so you are applicable for NDA and NA exam.But NDA exam not require any kind of percentage marks.

NDA Stands for National Defence Academy examination and this examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice in a year as namely NDA I and NDA II .

If you have completed 12th standard from recognized board with science department you are applicable for NDA exam.Commerce student are applicable for only Indian Army branch.

But your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.There are no are no age relaxation for Reserved category . Only unmarried male candidate are applicable for NDA exam.You must have citizenship of India.

The selection procedure for NDA exam is 1) Written Test. 2) Personal Interview.

I hvae attached the Physical fitness criteria for NDA/NA Exam so please check it now and compare with your Physical fitness.

NDA I and NDA II exam date already over for this year so if you want to join in NDA then you can wait for Next notification of NDA I 2013 Exam.

NDA exam is conducted by upsc twice in a year to intake qualified Candidate for different department in Defense service like Indian Airforce, Indian Navy,Indian Army.
Eligibility criteria for NDA exam:
Education qualification: Minimum candidate should complete 12th class with PCM stream.
Age Limit: Age should be between 16 1/2 to 19 years.
CDS stands for Combined Defense Service exam,this exam is held twice in year and exam is conducted by UPSC.
Eligibility for CDS examination:
Educational Qualifications:
For IMA /OTA : A degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
For Naval Academy: B.Sc. with Physics and/or Mathematics or Bachelor of Engineering.
For Air Force Academy: B.Sc. of a recognized University or equivalent with Physics and/or Mathematics as subjects or Bachelor of Engineering.
Age:
For IMA: Unmarried male candidates between 19-24 years

There is no percentage of marks criteria in 12th standard for application to NDA and NA exam. A pass of 12th standard is sufficient for application to NDA and NA application along with other eligibility criteria.

UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION(UPSC) conducts NDA(NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY) exam twice every year as NDA-I and NDA-II for entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA.

If you are interested for NDA, you can apply for the same for the year 2013, the exam for which will be held in the month of April 2013 as NDA-I 2013 exam as for 2012 all the exam process has already been completed.

Yes my dear friend of course you can apply for NDA and NA exam after passing 12th. There is no percentage restriction. The only thing needed is that you should pass 12th with Science and Mathematics. So you can go for NDA and NA after passing 12th with these subjects and no percentage restriction. Thanks.
