i am a final year student doing msc software engineering (5 yr integrated course)from anna university chennai can i aplly for net exam

NET exams are conducted by UGC two times in a Year
The exams are held in June and December.

Eligibilty to appear in the UGC Conducted NET exams is:
Post Graduation pass with minimum 55% marks in aggregate in the Post graduation for the candiadtes of General and OBC category
SC/ST candiadtes with even minimum 50% marks can apply

Next Exam of the NET will be conducted in June 2013

So, If you meet the above eligibilty, than YES, you can surely apply for the exams.

You can write this exam in the subject Computer Science and Applications

Yes, you can attend NET exam next time. Next exam will be in June. Master degree from a recognized University is the basic qualification required. The qualification must be obtained with a minimum of 55% marks. NET is conducted by UGC.
