Can I apply for PC(SL) commission after passing diploma in mechanical engineering?
I am a Diploma Holder in Mechanical Engineering (3 yrs course). Can I apply for PC(SL) (RO) commission ?

If you have completed diploma then it is equivalent to class 12. You need to have 10 years service and age limit should be 32 to 40 years. 42 years is the age limit for the engineers. PC(SL) stands for Permanent Commission Special List, an similar to ACC entry. Candidates should be class 12 pass and have to attend 4 weeks training in OTA and IMA.
