PDBM is considered as a postgraduate level course. Since pass in PG degree is considered as the basic qualification for Ph.D course, you can apply. Qualification must be obtained from a recognized institute with minimum 55% marks. Selection to Ph.D courses are done through entrance tests. University that offers Ph.D degree conducts entrance tests for the same.
